I have a passion for talking, listening to and helping people to move forward in their lives.
As someone who has faced much adversity in my life, I have developed a wide range of life skills, management techniques, personal motivation skills & positive mental health strategies which have helped me to become the person I am today.
I now offer a service to help other people develop these skills and implement them into their own lives. Enabling people to achieve their full potential and live a happier life.
My Experiences include:
–Therapeutic Life Coaching for the charity ‘Reclaim Life’ specialising in helping clients identify unmet emotional needs using the ‘Human Givens’ approach.
– Private Personal Development Coaching with Post Graduate students and clients facing new challenges in their life, causing a change in Life Direction & Goals.
-15 years as a Learning Development Advisor in final secondary education, supporting a wide range of students and tutors.
-Working as an Industry Placement Officer, sourcing, organising and managing work placements for young people.
-10 years as a Facilities Manager in Central London where I learnt my organisational, analytical, communication and people skills.
-My 40 year career including working in Central London for 23 years and moving locally to Buckinghamshire, allowed me to gain experience in career changes and developing new life paths.
– In London I attended and completed numerous Management and Personal Development courses.
