approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Private <strong>Personal Development Coaching <\/strong>with Post Graduate students and clients facing new challenges in their life, causing a change in Life Direction &amp; Goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-15 years as a Learning Development Advisor in final secondary education, supporting a wide range of students and tutors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-Working as an Industry Placement Officer, sourcing, organising and managing work placements for young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-10 years as a Facilities Manager in Central London where I learnt my organisational, analytical, communication and people skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">-My 40 year career including working in Central London<strong> <\/strong>for 23 years and moving locally to Buckinghamshire, allowed me to gain experience in career changes and developing new life paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;
